We provide expert guidance on safe exercise, birth preparation, and effective strategies to manage pregnancy-related pain—whether it’s pelvic girdle discomfort, back pain, or changing mobility. Our goal is to help you stay strong, comfortable, and confident throughout your pregnancy.
Postpartum, we focus on healing and rebuilding so you can return to daily life, exercise, and sport safely.
From diastasis recti and pelvic floor concerns to pain with sex, leaking, or core weakness, we offer clear, personalized guidance to help you recover. Whether you’re easing back into movement or aiming for a full return to running or lifting, we’re here to help you feel strong and capable again.
“This was the best experience with physical therapy I've ever had! Molly is so insightful and encouraging. I looked forward to my appointments as wonderful time to focus on myself and feel better. I went after having my baby and then later to help with my hip alignment. I wish I had gone while pregnant. I can't recommend Molly enough.”

Yes! If you’re experiencing symptoms, the earlier we start working together, the more control we have over managing pain, pressure, and pelvic floor changes as your body adapts.
Even if you’re feeling great, pregnancy PT is still incredibly valuable. I typically recommend at least one visit in the second trimester and 1–3 visits in the third trimester for education, birth prep, movement strategies, and guidance to help you stay comfortable and confident throughout pregnancy and into postpartum recovery.

Absolutely. C-section recovery is abdominal surgery, and PT can help restore mobility, strength, core control, scar mobility, and overall function. We also address any pelvic floor issues (yes, those still happen with C-section births!).
