All appointments are one-on-one and performed in a private treatment room. Initial evaluations are 60 minutes and follow-up appointments are typically 45 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
Motion Evolved Physical Therapy is in-network with all BCBS insurances. Reasonable cash-rate options are available and HSA/FSA accepted.
Do I need a physician referral?
Maryland is a direct-access state. This means you do not require a physician referral to be seen in physical therapy.
